Chamber of Music

America

Chamber Music America is non-profit organization that helps connect ensemble professionals with an array of commissioning programs, grants, and awards.

This office renovation consisted of furnishing and installing custom floor to ceiling architectural glass and framework, fabrication and installation of new wood floors, and a reconfiguration of the existing HVAC system.

 

TB Alliance

40 Wall Street, New York, NY

This office build-out was performed at TB Alliance’s headquarters located at 40 Wall Street in New York City. E.J. York, Inc. worked closely with interior designer, Alyse Eisenberg to make the vision of this office come to life.

This build-out consisted of furnishing and installing new LVT flooring and carpeting throughout the lobby, elevator waiting area, and the office pantries. The office also received a new coat of paint on all existing walls and glass framework to tie into the company’s brand colors and logo. Finally, the existing pantry finishes were removed and replaced with new cabinets, countertops, and sinks.

This project was completed when E.J. York, Inc. was just starting to establish itself. This project’s objective was to restore a former residence of Harriet Tubman located in Brooklyn, New York. E.J. York Inc. successfully executed this project with specialty contractors to restore the 200 year old home to its original finishes.
