Hilton Garden Inn

E.J. York, Inc. completed this Hotel Lobby and conference center renovation while the hotel was fully functional and occupied by guests.
Phase one of this project was the demolition of the existing public bathroom floor and wall tiles, toilet partitions, and existing bathroom sheetrock. E.J. York, Inc. also removed and temporarily relocated the brick pavers on site, which were later installed upon the completion of all construction.
Final phases of this project included furnishing and installing all new finishes throughout the public bathrooms, lobby and reception area, and guest conference rooms.

This site renovation consisted of a complete gut and replacement of all existing systems and finishes in the space.
This main component of this project was the furnishing and installation of all custom millwork. This custom millwork included a new reception desk, accordion doors to separate entertainment centers, and new cabinetry equipped with state of the art railings to assist residents.
In addition to the millwork, this space was opened to create an open floor plan, received tempered glass sidelights, and new ceramic tile flooring.
Upper West Side Apartment
This full gut renovation encompassed a comprehensive overhaul of a 2,447-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom apartment.
The work performed involved the complete demolition and replacement of all interior finishes, upgrading all kitchen appliances and plumbing fixtures, as well as the installation of new drywall partitions.
