Dale Phillips
Dale is the President of E.J. York, Inc., with over 30+ years’ experience delivering superior solutions across all aspects of general contracting and construction management. He has a background in the Nuclear Power Generation field, as well as private sector commercial and residential construction.
Previously, he worked with Entergy Nuclear Northeast Indian Point Centers where he developed and maintained budgets for all individualized construction sites. Dale also owned and operated a construction company which specialized in commercial and residential construction in both Putnam County and Westchester County.
Dale currently lives in Putnam Valley, N.Y., with his wife and two children. In his spare time Dale enjoys being involved in local planning boards, spending time with his family, as well as coaching and watching Lacrosse.
Kaitlyn Phillips
Kaitlyn is the Vice President of E.J. York, Inc. where she plays a key role in overseeing the company’s operations, financial management, human resources, and client relations. Since joining the firm, she has grown through multiple roles, starting as an intern, working her way through office and project management, and now in executive leadership.
Kaitlyn’s day to day responsibilities span accounting and financial reporting, contract administration, insurance and compliance, and project coordination. She also leads business development efforts serving as a primary point of contact for new clients, while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
In addition to her work at E.J. York, Kaitlyn is actively involved in several professional and community based organizations. Kaitlyn serves as co-chair to the Young Professionals in Construction group through the Building and Realty institute of Westchester and the Mid-Hudson Region, where she helps create opportunities for emerging industry leaders, and she is also co-chair to The Bronx Chamber of Commerce’s membership committee where she contributes to economic development and business engagement within the Bronx. Kaitlyn also represents E.J. York within other organizations such as the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, Business Council of Westchester, and Westchester Business Executives. Outside of E.J. York, Kaitlyn enjoys the work she does as chair of the Emerging Leaders Board for the Westchester based non-profit 914Cares, and is eager to continue supporting their initiatives.
Kaitlyn currently resides in the Bronx and remains passionate about growing E.J. York and the communities she is part of, both personally and professionally. When not in the office or at work events, Kaitlyn enjoys exploring new restaurants, hunting for the best Happy Hour in town, and spending lots of time with her bulldog, Reign.
